Under our training philosophy, rest days are just as important as working out days. Training every day isn't a great idea, actually, most of the training programs fall short in this crucial aspect. When the stress is too much physiologically for the system to handle, it can and will lead to overuse injuries, such as stress fractures, muscle strains, joint pain and overall lack of performance. We stressed the importance of respecting the designated rest days in your regular training routine making sure that your programme is balanced. We are all similar but physiologically different, therefore, we develop at different rates, by looking at your daily stress load and to your reply to these impulses we make sure that we tailor the correct amount of rest throughout your progression.
